Payment Processing, Shipping and Returns Policy
The following outlines our payment processing, shipping and returns policies for out online stores and online courses.
Online Store
Payment Processing
FineArtClasses.com utilizes secure credit card processing through Square. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. While delivery addresses may differ, we require billing address verification to process all credit card transactions.
Shipping
FineArtClasses.com makes every effort to ship your order within 3 business days from payment confirmation. Business days include Monday—Friday, excluding holidays.
We utilize various shipping methods and carriers depending upon product weight, size and delivery address. Some products are subject to oversize shipping charges.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to:
APO/FPO (military addresses)
US Virgin Islands or Guam.
Returns
If you live within the continental United States you may return your purchase from FineArtClasses.com within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund including applicable tax and original shipping fees. All returns must adhere to our general return policies and guidelines to be eligible for full refund.
Requirements for a Full Refund
Original purchase must have been made at FineArtClasses.com and not from any affiliate websites or outlets. Purchases from other outlets including in-store purchases must be returned to the original point of purchase. (For example: if you purchase The Art of Drawing on Amazon.com you must return it through Amazon.com).
Items must be in new, unused, unopened condition.
Items must be returned in it’s original packaging complete with all parts and/or accessories.
Media items (DVDs) must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap. Opened DVD products cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
Item must be returned by the original purchaser for full refund. For gift returns see our gift returns policy below.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
FineArtClasses.com does not accept returns of the following items:
Items that have been removed from their original packaging.
Items that do not have all parts and/or accessories included.
Items that have been used or damaged after receipt of purchase.
Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Online course access is non-refundable beyond completion of the first lesson.
Returns Guidelines
Before you return your item to FineArtClasses.com , make sure that your item is eligible for return by following these Return Guidelines:
Read the our Return Policies to determine if your item(s) are eligible for return.
Check to make certain that your item(s) are undamaged, unused, in their original packaging and all parts/accessories are included.

Note: For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.
FineArtClasses.com does not accept international returns or returns made outside the continental United States.
FineArtClasses.com is not responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
Gift Returns
Returns made by a person other than the original purchaser will receive a credit in our online store that may be used toward the purchase other products or services on FineArtClasses.com website or at any participating Mission: Renaissance fine art studio.
About Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account after the item has been received and verified complete by FineArtClasses.com.
Note: Your refund request will begin processing instantly. However, depending upon the carrier’s delivery time it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and fully process your return.
If your refund doesn’t appear in your account, and the processing time for your payment method has exceeded 30 days contact us for further assistance.
FineArtClasses.com is not responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
Online Courses
Payment Processing
All Online Course payments are processed using a secure payment processing service through Authorize.net. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Upon completion of your registration and payment for an online course you will be granted instant access to your course.
Returns/Refunds
Because you are granted instant access to an online course when your registration and payment are made, there are no refunds provided for online courses beyond the completion of the second lesson or after 10 days of active enrollment.
If you are unsatisfied with your Online Course within the first 10 days of enrollment and have not “completed” more than 2 lessons, we will issue a FULL refund for all online course fees by issuing a credit to the credit card used during the enrollment process.
